Starting now, you’ll be able to choose from a curated list of itineraries to places like Bali, Costa Rica, Thailand, and more. We’ve streamlined the process so it’s easier and quicker than ever to choose a destination and start sharing the exciting news with your community right away.

How Instant Approval works
Instantly, duh. Okay, maybe we need to dive a little deeper than that. Here’s the process from start to finish:
- Choose any itinerary with a “⚡” label
- Configure and price your trip immediately
- Get right back to promoting and building excitement
- Launch as soon as 48 hours later
We’ve worked with our Operators on the ground to ensure that Instant Itineraries are always good to go. That means once you’ve chosen a trip, you can share it confidently without ever having to worry about any of the fundamentals, like rates, changing.
What are the benefits of Instant Approval?
There’s no more wait time and you can share immediately, did we mention that?? You’ll also find that since they’re pre-built, Operator costs are set and the resources to run them are in place. The only decisions you’ll need to make are when to go and where to set your final price.
Best of all, even though you won’t need Trova or our Operators’ approval for these itineraries, you’ll still have our full support. Regardless of where you’re going, we’ll be there every step of the way to ensure you have what you need for a smooth launch and a safe trip. Who’s eligible for Instant Approval?
Don’t worry, it’s not an exclusive club. Whether you’re preparing to launch your very first trip or you’ve sold out 10 in a row, all qualified Hosts are eligible. (A qualified Host is someone who’s collected over 50 survey submissions, by respondents aged 18 or older with a travel budget of at least $2,000). You should always choose the itinerary that lines up best with your needs–your brand, community interests, budget, schedule–but if you see that ⚡you can go right ahead and get things rolling. Instant Approval is for everyone.
