Each offers a unique experience and adrenaline rush, along with spectacular river, tropical forest and waterfall views. You just can’t top the photos you’ll get at Bali Swing.
Tegalalang Rice Terraces
Near Ubud in Tegalalang Village, Tegalalang Rice Terrace is known for sweeping terraced rice fields that are the ultimate backdrop for a wanderlust Instagram vibe. You've probably seen it on all the top travel content creator's feeds, time to make some magic of your own! Fun fact: It’s also a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Bali’s most popular destinations.
Keliking Beach, Nusa Penida
Located on the western side of Nusa Penida island, Keliking Beach has vibrant blue water and soft white sand. You can access it by boat from Sanur. You’ll love the views above this secluded beach, so don’t forget your camera. If you don’t want to descend the steep stairs to the beach, you can stay at the top and enjoy the sunset as it colors the sky behind the gigantic rocks below.
Don't miss: T-Rex Point
While you're exploring Keliking Beach, be sure to stop at the Insta-famous T-Rex Point! A must-see for drone photographers, videographers, content creators and anyone who just loves a good view.
Campuhan Ridge Walk
Campuhan means the “place where two rivers meet.” This picturesque trail is an easy hike that takes you through a beautiful tropical forest, charming rice fields and stunning hills. You’ll cross a bridge over Campuhan River, which takes you past the Pura Gunung Lebah temple. Here you’ll find ancient carved gates that mark the beginning of the trail. You’ll also pass through small villages and view Mount Agung, an active volcano and the highest point in Bali.
Handara Golf Course Gate
A popular spot for photoshoots and tourists, Handara Gate is one of the island’s most Instagrammed locations. It’s the entrance to the luxurious Handara Golf Course and Resort, which is ranked one of the world’s 50 greatest golf courses. The Handara Gate (also known as the pathway to serenity) is a traditional Bali Hindu gate and an important part of Indonesian culture. The gate itself is complimented by incredible scenery, beautiful blue lakes and sprawling green lawns.
Tirta Empul Temple
Hindus have used this sacred water temple since the 10th Century. This national cultural heritage site is found near Tampaksiring. The temple compound includes large stone statues, ancient architecture, bubbling fountains and clear spring water ponds. Worshippers at the temple pray as they walk under the fountains, seeking to purify their souls and heal their minds and bodies. If you want to bathe in Tirta Empul’s healing waters, you must wear a sarong and scarf. If you forgot to bring your own, they will be provided to you at the entrance.
