Who can be a Trova Affiliate?

Content Producers, Creator Agencies, Publishers, Bloggers, Community Leaders, and probably a few others we haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet. If you’re passionate about and engaged with the Creator economy, say hi and let’s see if we’re a good fit!

What’s a qualified lead?

There’s no “one size fits all” answer. We use the referred Creator’s social media follower count as a starting point for consideration, but their status as a “qualified lead” (which does not mean they must Qualify as a Host) is ultimately determined by engagement with their audience.

For example, while we’ve found that content Creators with Instagram follower counts of 15,000+ do best, a Creator with a highly interactive community of 5,000 may also be a strong candidate.

How do I share about Trova?

As an Affiliate you’ll get customized, shareable links along with access to a variety of marketing tools and resources. You’ll be able to use these to refer traffic to Trova from anywhere online – blogs, websites, social channels, mailing lists, podcasts, etc. Anyone who meets our “qualified lead” requirements and signs up will earn you a commission.

When do I get paid?

When a referral signs up within 30 days of using your affiliate link and meets our “qualified lead” criteria, you’ll receive credit for that referral. Payment will be disbursed 20 days after the end of the month in which the referral is accepted.

What is a Host?

A Host is an individual with a highly engaged online community, who is looking for a way to grow their brand and connect even more strongly with followers. Using Trova’s platform, they can do so by leading – a.k.a. Hosting – a group trip based on their community’s answers to our travel survey. While a Host is the person that the group can rally around, they are never expected to act as a tour guide or coordinate logistics.
