We are looking for an Account Manager to qualify customers (Hosts) to use our Trip Management Platform for planning and selling group travel experiences. You will be accountable for managing and growing a pipeline of Hosts, ensuring smooth trip launches, driving campaign optimization, and maintaining high Host retention. You will work closely with Business Development, Trip Management, Marketing and Product teams.


  • Prospect online and across social media platforms
  • Sell to new customers by phone or video conference
  • Establish and nurture Host relationships
  • Ensure successful trip launches in partnership with the Trip Experience team
  • Coordinate with the Social team on the content calendar to align strategy
  • Equip hosts with tools for marketing and selling trips
  • Provide ongoing optimization and reporting
  • Ensure high Host retention and renewal
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to drive new Host acquisition
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly quota in trip confirmations and renewal business

Business Development Representative (Portland, OR)

We are looking for an entry-level Business Development Representative to prospect new leads (Hosts) to use our platform to plan and sell group travel experiences. You will be accountable for researching and finding Hosts, qualifying and contacting Hosts direct, and scheduling meetings for the Account Management team. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with Business Development, Trip Management, Marketing and Product teams.


  • Research and identify new qualified Hosts
  • Build an effective pipeline reaching out to Hosts direct
  • Schedule meetings via email, social, or by phone for Account Management
  • Develop and test new strategies for acquiring Hosts
  • Identify Host KPI's and industry trends to share with the team
  • Assume other duties and responsibilities as needed

Trip Experience

Trip Coordinator (Portland, OR)

Trip Coordinators provide a key link between sales, our customers and destination operators. The role primarily focuses on operations, ensuring smooth trip execution in destinations around the world, and also includes sales and operator support. Trip Coordinators display an acute attention to detail, have an analytical mind, keep calm under pressure, and are passionate about travel.

This role is full-time.


  • Own bookings from confirmation to trip completion
  • Support sales by assisting with trip packaging and costing updates
  • Create and manage communication platforms for hosts, travelers, TrovaTrip staff and operators
  • Finalize pre-departure trip details: sending manifests, flight details, traveler information, guide assignments, arrival/departing transfers and any special requirements
  • Lead pre-trip calls with operators, guides and hosts
  • Monitor trips during operation, including daily recaps, incident management and ensuring happy hosts
  • Collect trip feedback from host and travelers, and action as needed by engaging trip designers, sales and operators

Operator Support

  • Provide support and service for worldwide operators through chat and email
  • Assist with onboarding new operators to the TrovaTrip platform
  • Keep a professional and positive relationship with operators

Customer Service

  • Provide support to customers through email and phone calls
  • Oversee customer and host communication via pre-trip chats
