Account Manager (Portland, OR)

We are looking for an Account Manager to qualify customers (Hosts) to use our platform to plan and sell group travel experiences. You will be responsible for managing and growing a pipeline of Hosts, ensuring smooth trip launches, driving campaign optimization, and maintaining high Host retention. You will work closely with Business Development, Trip Management, Social and Product teams.


  • Prospect online and across social media platforms
  • Sell to new customers by phone
  • Establish and nurture Host relationships
  • Ensure successful trip launches in partnership with the Trip Management team
  • Coordinate with the Social team on the content calendar to align strategy
  • Equip hosts with tools for marketing and selling trips
  • Provide ongoing optimization and reporting
  • Ensure high Host retention and renewal
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to drive new Host acquisition
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly quota in trip confirmations and renewal business
  • Communicate customer needs with the Product team

Business Development Representative (Portland, OR)

We are looking for an entry-level Business Development Representative to prospect new leads (Hosts) to use our platform to plan and sell group travel experiences. You will be responsible for researching and finding Hosts, qualifying and contacting Hosts direct, and scheduling meetings for the Account Management team. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.


  • Research and identify new potential Hosts
  • Build an effective pipeline and schedule meetings via email, social or by phone
  • Collaborate with Account Management
  • Test new methods for discovering Hosts and scheduling meetings
  • Assume other duties and responsibilities as needed
  • Hit monthly meeting goal

We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team. You’ll help us define and tell our brand story through cohesive language with a unified voice across multiple channels and platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing content and exceptional creative to increase brand awareness and drive new customer acquisition.The ideal candidate possesses a clear vision of the future, is an experienced copywriter, with the courage to be bold and move ideas forward.


  • Brand & Content Strategy - Develop a cohesive brand identity and content strategy focused on increasing host acquisition and conversion
  • Website Content - Apply brand identity and strategy to content and copy
  • Blog Content Strategy - Manage creation of ongoing content generation via blog
  • Social Media Strategy - Promote content and drive awareness via social media channels
  • Paid Channel Management - Develop paid strategy for eventual rollout in the middle of the year
  • Analytics - Establish funnels, tracking and analytics with support of Operations team to optimize owned and paid campaigns
  • Documentation - Document all of your processes along the way


  • More than 5 years professional experience with content strategy, creation and delivery in an agency setting, B2C or B2B company
