Sponsor: The Sponsors of The Trova x Rumpl Giveaway are TrovaTrip, Inc. (“TrovaTrip”) located at 850 NW 13th Ave, Portland, OR 97209 and Rumpl, Inc. (“Rumpl”) (818 NW 25th Ave, Portland, OR 97210). Eligibility: The Trova x Rumpl Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to those who enter and are 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the continental United States, and is void where prohibited by law, including but not limited to, New York, Rhode Island, and Florida. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsors and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein in a timely manner. By entering the Sweepstakes, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on 17 August, 2023 at 7:00AM PDT and ends on 31 August, 2023 at 11:59PM PDT (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

Prizes: The winner of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will receive the following prizes:
4 Winners will receive Rumpl blankets ($125 USD retail) and $100 TrovaTrip credit
The Grand Prize Winner will receive :
1 Winner will receive a Rumpl blanket ($125 USD retail) and $500 TrovaTrip credit
Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.
Actual value of items included in Grand Prize may differ at the time the prize is awarded. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by Winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winners of any prize with a value of $600 or greater that are citizens of the U.S. will be issued a 1099 U.S. Tax Form for the retail value of the prize . Winners agree to the use of winner’s name, likeness, and/or prize and entry information by the Sponsors in any medium without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release .
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by random draw under the supervision of the Sponsor within 5 business days of the Entry Period end date. The Winner will be notified by Instagram Direct Message (DM) and must reply within 4 days of selection to confirm, or an alternative winner will be selected. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 4 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed Affidavit of Eligibility and Release as may be required, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected by Sponsor. Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
Rights Granted by the Entrant: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that the Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. Terms and Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select a winner from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Official Rules.
