At Trova, we believe that travel enhances lives — that connecting with people from different backgrounds sparks empathy and creates global community. We also understand that travel is a privilege that is not always accessible. That's why we're bringing back the TrovaTrip Scholarship program for 2025.

About the scholarship

This year, Trova will grant a $5,000 scholarship to 2 applicants, giving them the chance to find their community everywhere in the world.

Eligibility criteria

At TrovaTrip, we're on a mission to help people find their community, everywhere in the world. This year, we're looking for candidates who:

  • Have a strong desire to connect more meaningfully with their community
  • Have never left the country as adults
  • Would not be able to travel internationally if not for this opportunity

Important dates


  • March 3: Application window opens
  • April 13: Application window closes
  • April 21: Finalists chosen
  • May 5-14: Interviews with finalists
  • May 19: Winners selected and informed
  • June 2: Winners announced
