Our partners at Under Canvas have transformed this remote desert into a safari-inspired glamping destination where you will sleep under the stars, rappel through canyons, connect with nature to find your SOUL as you to turn off the noise and turn up your light.

Workshops

Sunset Vinyasa Flow: Tune into the energy from the surrounding desert during this challenging and invigorating practice that will focus on connecting your breath to your movement.

Defying Gravity: Arm Balance Workshop: This fun and challenging workshop will teach you how to approach a variety of arm balances with greater confidence. Arm balances are empowering postures from which we can learn a lot about how we approach fear on and off the mat. All levels are welcome!

Restorative Hip Opening Workshop: All levels welcome for this 60 min workshop. Flow through a gentle hip opening sequence to really warm up the body before you dive deeper into hip openers where you will spend time breaking down each pose and melting all the tension away making space within the body to flow more freely, emotionally and physically.

Guided Meditation + Gentle Flow: A slower-flow gentle yoga class suitable for all levels, ending with guided meditation. This class provides a gentle balance to a busy travel day and an opportunity for mindfully deepening your practice.

Robin And Morgan

Robin Martin

Robin is a certified yoga instructor and avid acroyoga teacher based in Seattle, WA. She discovered early in her practice that breath with body movement can release the stresses of daily life, and deeply weaves them into her classes. Her use of creative, alignment-based sequencing provides a safe space for her students to let go of the outside world and heal the body from the inside out.

You can find her teaching locally in Seattle as well as leading retreats and workshops across the country and internationally.

Morgan Zion

Exercise and athletic movements have always been part of Morgan Zion’s life. As a D1 collegiate soccer and track athlete, she always trained hard, which meant her body took on a lot of injuries. In an effort to get out of the training room and back onto the field, she found Yoga.

For Morgan, yoga encompassed the perfect blend of strength, recovery, flexibility, and rest that she needed to heal and build confidence. After college, she pursued her RYT 200 and began sharing her passion for yoga by teaching her own style of athletic, fun, challenging yoga.

Itinerary

Day 1

Welcome to Las Vegas, the Sin City! Test your luck and hit the airport slots or skip the shenanigans and meet the crew. You're off to Utah, a state famous for it's incredibly gorgeous and raw National Parks.

If you've never experienced glamping before, you're in for a treat! Under Canvas tents offer plush mattresses, extra cozy for resting your head after a long day of travel or adventure. The bathrooms and showers are communal, and the vibe is absolutely chill.

Join the crew for a welcome dinner and cheers to the retreat ahead!

Overnight in Zion

Arrival: Fly into Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS). TrovaTrip will provide 1 complementary transfer between 12pm and 3:30pm.

Day 2

Today, you're canyoneering, which means hiking, climbing, squeezing, rappelling, supporting, laughing, crying (tears of joy), listening and being one with a canyon created by nature. This half-day canyon trip will take place in dry canyons, just outside of Zion National Park.

Enjoy a relaxing flow with Robin and Morgan followed by dinner at the camp.

Sunset Vinyasa Flow: Tune into the energy from the surrounding desert during this challenging and invigorating practice that will focus on connecting your breath to your movement.


Day 3

Rise and shine for a sunrise arm balancing workshop! If you've got the gusto, hit the Grapevine or Right Fork trailhead for a short hike and experience the glorious views of the surrounding Red Rocks with all of its beautiful orangey, yellow, pinkish and red colors that come with it.

The afternoon is free for you to kick back and relax or sign up for an optional stand-up paddleboarding or kayaking adventure. Enjoy a hip-opening workshop with Robin and Morgan that evening under the glow of the sunset as it reflects across the mountainside.

After dinner, you'll roast some s'mores over a bonfire and watch the stars twinkle above, as you celebrate your very last night together.
