itinerary

Cebu: Once a sleepy fishing village and now one of the most densely populated cities, Cebu is the country's oldest city. Known for its spectacular diving, white sandy beaches and lively bars.

Moalboal: The perfect place to post up for some adventure packed travel. Witness schools of sardines gliding gracefully near Pescador Island and take in the beautiful blue lagoon views of the infamous Kawasan Falls.

Puerto Princesa: This coastal city on Palawan Island serves as a basecamp for exploration and is also home to the stunning Puerto Princesa Subterranean River.

El Nido: The ultimate Filipino paradise. With its small town charm and emerging restaurant scene, El Nido is the perfect base for beach chasing and island hopping.

Welcome to the Philippines! We'll stay in the city of Mactan for the night and join the crew for a meet & greet dinner.

Arrival: Festivities start at 6pm. Fly into Mactan–Cebu International Airport (CEB).

Time to catch our flight to Puerto Princesa. Rest & recover before a big day of caves, beaches and paddling.

Today, we’ll partake on the Ferrata Canopy Walk to experience the epic views from the Taraw Cliff. It’s a bit of a climb, but certainly worth the view!

We cater to adults past the stage of roughing it - that means no hostels and no hotels below 3 stars. We strive to create an experience that’s not only authentic, but also easily accessible and comfortable. All hotel locations are conveniently located near the heart of each major destination, so you can live like a local. Less time in transit means more time doing; save the commute for back home.
No more than 20 travelers on each trip. In order to create a personalized experience, we feel it is important to keep group sizes smaller. Sometimes, less is more!
We try to start and end all trips in a major city with an international airport for your convenience. It’s up to you whether or not you want to continue your adventure after the trip ends!
We will send a detailed itinerary with everything you need to know at least 2 weeks prior to your trip start date including hotel information and airport transfer information (if included). Before your trip, you’ll be invited to both a Facebook and WhatsApp group to meet the other travelers and start exchanging information. You can expect each trip to kick off with a welcome dinner for you to meet everyone after settling into your room. Bon Appétit!
Unless listed otherwise, you’ll sleep in twin or double shared accommodations with private bathrooms. Traveling with a friend? Just plug in their name while booking under "Special Requests" or shoot us an email at hi@trovatrip.com and we’ll ensure you’re roomed together. Uncomfortable with sharing a room? No problem! Most of our trips offer a single supplement option that you can choose when booking.
Excellent question! We’ll provide a full itinerary including hotel and transportation details at least 2 weeks prior to your trip including all necessary travel information.
