A once full time stay-at-home never having traveled outside the United States, yoga awakened a part of me I didn't know I needed. I earned my 200hr RYT in 2015, released my ebook Rising Up Stronger in '18 (a strength and stability guide to your yoga practice and inversions) and continued my journey earning my 500hr YTT. I shook up my life and it's pattens when I bit the bullet and bought a ticket to Bali back in 2018. From that point forward the travel bug got me and I've been leading yoga retreats around the globe. My hope is that others will be able to add stamps to their passports, practice yoga (something that has brought more peace, calmness, and compassion for others than ever before), and start saying "YES" to themselves. Day 1

Welcome to Patagonia! TrovaTrip will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to the hotel in El Calafate.

After you get settled in meet the group for your welcome dinner!

Overnight in El Calafate.

Arrival: Fly into Comandante Armando Tola International Airport (FTE). TrovaTrip will provide 3 transfers between 8am and 5pm.

Day 2

Good morning & goodbye for now, El Calafate! Before El Chaltén, you're off to Perito Moreno Glacier for an incredible view of the park. Listen to the pops, crackles and bangs as the unpredictable ice dramatically crashes into the water. After, a bit of glacier entertainment you're off to El Chaltén!

Get ready for your first yoga flow! After check in Chelsea will guide you through your practice.

If you're not too tired, you can take advantage of the late sunset and treat yourself to a self-guided hike. We recommend either Cerro Torre or Mirador de los Cóndores y Águilas. Hikes around here offer spectacular panoramic views of the town paired with breathtaking mountains.

Rising Up Stronger Workshop (120 min): A strength-based workshop creating stability and awareness preparing students to work into beginner inversions and arm balances. Based off of Chelsea’s e-book, Rising Up Stronger.

Day 3

Time for a serious trek! Wake up and enjoy a hearty breakfast before meeting your trekking guide for a full day of hiking in El Chaltén. Today's hiking menu consists of Laguna de los Tres, the highlight of El Chaltén.

You’ll cross the Del Salto Stream and its icy blue water surrounded by orange rocks that serve as a beautiful foreground of Mount Fitz Roy. The trail finishes at the ridge of the rocky De los Tres Glacier - an enormous formation in the shape of an arch that holds the beautiful blue water with the best view of the lagoon and De los Tres glacier. This is the closest and most extraordinary view of the granite wall of Mount Fitz Roy and the surrounding peaks.

Hike Duration: 7-9 hours

Hike Difficulty: Moderate

After some much deserved downtime, Chelsea will lead you through yoga (hopefully it's restorative!)

Day 4

Eat an early breakfast at the hotel before you're off to our next destination, Torres del Paine. You'll depart El Chaltén in the morning and cross the border to Chile before arriving at the national park in the late afternoon (~9 hours depending on the border crossing). The days journey is long, we recommend bringing a good book or downloading media to view offline!

Check in at your new hotel and regroup for yoga.

Day 5

We're off to the park! Today, you'll embark on a full day of trekking in the incredible national park on the unforgettable Base Las Torres trail! Fuel up on breakfast before meeting your trekking guide to hike to the famous towers.

Arriving from the dense forests along the Rio Ascencio, you’ll ascend toward the base of Torres del Paine. Admire the dramatic views of glaciated mountains as you climb. Get a good grip, the trail becomes rocky as it winds around granite boulders toward a glacial tarn. At the top enjoy a much deserved view of Torres del Paine!

Hike Duration: 6-8 hours

Hike Difficulty: Moderate

Unwind with yoga before calling it a day!

Day 6

Today you'll get to explore more of the park! You'll depart from the hotel and we'll show you around by car. Our list of activities includes the Sofia Lagoon, the Prat mountain range, the Porteño Lake, the Mesa Hill, the Toro Lake, the Sierra del Toro and the Sierra Ballena.

Admire the beautiful landscapes that surrounds you and observe the horns of Paine from the road! Hike along the shores of Lake Grey, and if the conditions allow it, enjoy an incredible view of the Grey Peninsula, and SO MUCH MORE!!

Break for lunch before heading towards the Salto Grande sector. You'll visit the viewpoint of Lake Nordenskjold, experience Laguna Amarga, discover the Paine waterfall, and see firsthand the the milky glacier waters flowing through the Paine River to the Ultima Esperanza.

Enjoy your last yoga flow before returning to Argentina tomorrow.

Day 7

Say goodbye to the one and only, Torres del Paine! You're off to Argentina where you'll conclude your trip with a farewell dinner and some free time for exploring El Calafate.
