Get ready for one of the best days of your life as you embark on your first safari here in Namibia. This guided safari in Etosha National Park will take you from the Von Lindquist Gate into the deep bush. With over 114 mammals in the park, keep your eyes on the lookout! Break for lunch along the way before continuing on to the other side of the park to view incredible views of watering holes, the expansive Etosha Pan, and even more wildlife. Hello rhinos! Today you will continue your travels from the park to the coast! A gorgeous drive with many scenic viewpoints along the way, you’ll surely want your camera ready for this journey. A highlight of the drive will be seeing the Spitzkoppe, an extraordinary granite mass, referred to as the Matterhorn of Namibia. If you look closely you might spot climbers scrambling up the rock. You’ll arrive in the coastal town of Swakopmund and check into your hotel before free time to relax by the beach or explore the area. Overnight in Swakopmund

Off you go! It's back towards the desert as you drive your way towards Namib Naukluft Park! Along the way, you will stop at the Walvis Bay Lagoon and the Elim Dune. A picnic lunch will be served along the drive. Once you arrive in Namib, settle into your new campsite with a group dinner. Overnight camping in Sesriem

Early bird gets the sunrise! Wake before the sun comes up to ensure you capture first light in the red desert. The first leg of this sunrise-hunting journey passes through Sesriem, the gateway to the dunes. Next, you're headed into the heart of the dune field, reaching Sossusvlei on foot, trekking the last 3 miles through the dunes. Ready your cameras for some incredible photos of this desert waking up. Head back down to the cars before heading off to Sossusvlei and a visit to Dune 45, the famously large dune. As the sun gets higher along with the temperature, head back to camp for lunch. With the cooling afternoon, you’ll head out for a short excursion to Sesriem Canyon. Back at camp, enjoy your last night camping under the stars with another group meal. Overnight camping in Sesriem

Farewell Dinner
Today you will make your way back to Windhoek with some stops along the way. The highlight of today will be a stop at the Namib Carnivore Research Centre, where you will learn all about the conservation efforts in this area for large carnivores! After a lunch stop, you’ll finish out the drive to Windhoek and then check into your hotel for the last night in Nambia. This evening you will go out for a farewell dinner with the group and toast to an extraordinary adventure. Overnight in Windhoek
