Milan: The fashion and financial capital of Italy. Milan is located in Lombardy in the North of Italy and is home to the 3rd largest cathedral in the world, the famous Duomo, as well as the original food dish “Risotto alla Milanese”.

Como: This lovely and picturesque town has become famous internationally thanks to Mr. Clooney. It's perfect for shopping and for taking a quiet break from the city.

Cinque Terre: These five “cinque” tiny fishermen villages are famous for their brightly painted homes and beautiful seaside views. We’ll be exploring three of the most unique villages: Manarola, Vernazza and Riomaggiore. Get your camera and walking shoes ready!

Bologna: The food capital of Italy also known as “La Grassa” in Italian aka “the Fat One”. Bologna is home to the some of the most varied and high calorie dishes in Italy including lasagna, tagliatelle al ragu, mortadella and an extensive list of wines.

Venice: One of the most famous cities in the world, Venice boasts a surprise at every corner, that is, if you can find your way around without getting lost!

Welcome to Milan! We’ll spend the afternoon strolling through the famous high fashion Galleria where top Italian designers have their main shops (expect lots of window shopping!) You won’t be able to miss the famous Duomo di Milano and all of it’s beauty. If you feel like climbing to the top to see the incredible rooftop views of the city we won’t stop you.

Arrival: Festivities start in Milan around noon. Fly into Milan Malpensa International Airport (MXP), Orio al Serio Bergamo Airport (BGY) or Milan Linate Airport (LIN).

Included: Typical Milanese dinner with Aleksandra where you will be encouraged to try some of the Milanese specialties like cotoletta alla milanese, risotto alla milanese, or ossobuco alla milanese.

Escape the city for a quiet day trip to Como where we will explore the lovely village of Bellagio, famous for its elegant buildings and cobbled roads.

Included: Transportation to and from Como

We’ll head to La Spezia from Milan in the afternoon which will be our base for visiting the Cinque Terre villages the following day.

Included: Transportation to Cinque Terre

Included: Try some traditional Ligurian cuisine which will definitely include pesto (they use it for everything!) and some great seafood like the famous fritto misto.

Explore Manarola, Vernazza and Riomaggiore, which are unique and perfect for photography lovers. Most of the day will be spent roaming between the towns, so remember to bring a good pair of shoes. We’ll spend the afternoon having a drink and watching the sunset in these incredible Unesco World Heritage sites.

Included: Day pass to Cinque Terre hiking

Time to head to Bologna, an old city with a young heart, famous for the largest and oldest university in the western world.

Included: Transportation to Bologna

Included: Aleksandra will take you to one of her favourite local restaurants where you can try traditional Bolognese cuisine. Be careful not to mention “spaghetti bolognese” to the locals as it doesn’t actually exist! We will try tagliatelle al ragu (the real thing!), tortellini, lasagna, and local meats and cheeses. Remember to eat a small lunch beforehand as this dinner will be a challenge for even the most experienced foodies!

Embark on “The 7 Secrets of Bologna” with Aleksandra and discover the secret spots that are hidden from regular tourists. Afterwards, climb the famous Asinelli tower. Bologna is famous for its towers as prosperous families built them in order to show off their wealth.

Bologna also has some incredible gelato and we’ll share with you the best “gelaterie” and flavours. It will be up to you to decide which one takes the top spot.

Included: Gelato tour

Included: “The 7 Secrets of Bologna” tour

We’ll spend the day exploring this stunning city and meet up for an Aperitivo Veneziano, which is a “Venetian Happy Hour”. You’ll be able to try the local prosecco from the Veneto region as well as the famous Aperol Spritz.

Included: Transportation to Venice

Return from Bologna to Milan. Time to say goodbye! We hope you’ll leave this trip with full bellies and new appreciation for Italian cuisine.

Included: Transportation to Milan

Departure: We'll get you back to Milan by 1pm. Fly out of Milan Malpensa International Airport (MXP), Orio al Serio Bergamo Airport (BGY) or Milan Linate Airport (LIN).

We cater to young professionals past the stage of roughing it - that means no hostels and no hotels below 3 stars. We strive to create an experience that’s not only authentic, but also easily accessible and comfortable. All hotel locations are conveniently located near the heart of each major destination, so you can live like a local. Less time in transit means more time doing; save the commute for back home.
No more than 20 travelers on each trip. In order to create a personalized experience, we feel it is important to keep group sizes smaller. Sometimes, less is more!
We try to start and end all trips in a major city with an international airport for your convenience. It’s up to you whether or not you want to continue your adventure after the trip end!
