Chelsea and Kevin met through their love for body movement and share a passion for traveling the globe. Chelsea is a yoga teacher, Kevin is a professional photographer, and both are crazy about being upside down. Join these two if you love goofy conversation, learning new skills and exploring the world.

Split: History is alive in this coastal city where remnants of the ancient Roman palace are built into hundreds of homes and restaurants throughout the city center. Split is also an important home base for anyone spending time yachting through Croatia’s many islands.

Vrboska (Hvar): A little gem on Hvar Island, Vrboska is known for its unusual, beautiful and deep bay with its charming bridges. Nick-named Little Italy, the small fishing harbor is surrounded by untouched pine forest, made up of narrow winding roads with plenty of galleries and Dalmatian architecture for admiring.

Kaštela: Situated under the slopes of the Kozjak mountain, Kaštela is a charming old city and the perfect place to end the trip. Popular for olives, grapes and cherries, eat your way through Kaštela and be sure to visit their family owned taverns, known as konoba, with fresh and organic foods.

We'll pick you up from the airport and bring you to the first hotel on this epic trip! For those arriving early, start exploring or grab a quick snooze before our welcome dinner. We’ll cheers to the next 8 days of yoga and fun!

Arrival: Festivities start at 6pm. Fly into Split Airport (SPU).

Wake up and head to the port where we'll embark by ferry to Island Hvar. Get settled into your new rooms before diving into the first yoga workshop led by both Chelsea & Kevin.

Handstand Conditioning & Balance Workshop (120 mins): Kevin and Chelsea will guide you through the basic tips and insights to get your hands down and feet up as you work into your handstands. We will help you create a conditioning plan that you can use to further your home practice on and off the wall.

Start your morning right with yoga led by Chelsea and Kevin. Your resort is located near the sea, surrounded by a pine forest with Mediterranean plants. Scents of lavender, rosemary, laurel and sage are carried from the forest by the sea breeze creating a natural and revitalizing aromatherapy that soothes and relaxes.

After morning yoga, the crew will explore the small coastal towns of Vrboska and Jelsa by bike. We’ll break at a local winery to sample a flight before continuing back to the resort. Hvar is called the island of sun with over 2700 sunny hours per year making it a perfect place for producing warmer varietals of wine.

Rising Up Stronger Workshop (75 mins): A strength-based workshop creating stability and awareness preparing students to work into beginner inversions and arm balances. Based off of Chelsea’s ebook, Rising Up Stronger.

Eat breakfast at the hotel before hopping into your Land Rover Defender to experience an off-roading excursion through the old inhabited settlements and deserted villages in Hvar. The tour takes us to the island's highest peak, St. Nicholas (626m) from where you can see the islands of the central Adriatic and the Dalmation Hinterland. On our way, we will pass through lavender fields, olive plantations and vineyards with miles of stone walls which are several centuries old.

We'll stop for lunch at a small tavern in Humac and gather content for the Photography Basics & Social Media Workshop mid-tour.

Photography Basics & Social Media Workshop: Learn the importance of camera settings, composition, color and lighting to create beautiful images that stand out. Dive into the basics of Adobe Lightroom editing software that allows you make your images more professional.

Today, we'll board a boat to visit the southern side of island Brac and its beautiful bays, beaches, cliffs and small villages. Stops will include Golder Horn beach, which is world famous for its unique shape that changes depending on the currents. We'll also stop at Bol, an old fishermen’s village.

Hop back on the ferry headed for Split and meet your local expert who will provide a guided tour of the Croatia’s second-largest city, Split. Visit the UNESCO-listed Diocletian’s Palace, see the Cathedral of Saint Domnius and much more.

On our final day, we’ll embark on a city tour of Trogir. Explore its fortress, palace and learn about its history from your local guide. You'll have a free afternoon to enjoy seven separate little harbour towns, each named after a castle connected with a beautiful promenade.

Join the crew for a farewell dinner in Kaštela.

All of our trips include accommodations, transportation between cities, some meals and a number of activities relevant to the theme of your trip! Most of our hotels also include breakfast, but that varies by destination. A local guide who speaks the language will also be assigned to your trip and ready to provide recommendations every step of the way. Welcome to a better way to follow your passion while seeing the world!

Excursions and tours vary trip to trip and are based on the theme of the trip. Refer to the trip itinerary to see which activities are included in your trip!
Typically, at least 2 dinners and breakfast every day is included, but it varies trip to trip. You can ask your local guide for tips on where to eat cheap if you’re on a budget! Dietary & allergy information will also be collected leading up to the trip to ensure you’re taken care of.
TrovaPass is a subscription service where you can earn credits on a monthly basis that can be applied towards trips. It is not currently available to new subscribers.
A 25% down payment is due at the time of booking. The down payment is refundable until your spot is confirmed at which time it becomes non-refundable. You will receive an email when your spot is confirmed. The remaining balance will be charged 60 days prior to the trip departure. If you book within 60 days from trip start, the full amount will be due at booking, but still refundable until your spot is confirmed. See all of our Terms & Conditions.
When you book your trip, your spot will enter a pending status. In most cases, your spot will be confirmed about 48 hours after booking. In cases where the trip has not yet achieved the minimum number of bookings required for confirmation, your pending status may last longer. While we typically notify much sooner, you’ll be notified at least 60 days prior to trip start whether or not your spot is confirmed. Your down payment is refundable until your spot is confirmed. We recommend not booking a flight until your spot is confirmed.
We cater to adults past the stage of roughing it - that means no hostels and no hotels below 3 stars. We strive to create an experience that’s not only authentic, but also easily accessible and comfortable. All hotel locations are conveniently located near the heart of each major destination, so you can live like a local. Less time in transit means more time doing; save the commute for back home.
No more than 20 travelers on each trip. In order to create a personalized experience, we feel it is important to keep group sizes smaller. Sometimes, less is more!
We try to start and end all trips in a major city with an international airport for your convenience. It’s up to you whether or not you want to continue your adventure after the trip ends!
We will send a detailed itinerary with everything you need to know at least 2 weeks prior to your trip start date including hotel information and airport transfer information (if included). Before your trip, you’ll be invited to both a Facebook and WhatsApp group to meet the other travelers and start exchanging information. You can expect each trip to kick off with a welcome dinner for you to meet everyone after settling into your room. Bon Appétit!
Unless listed otherwise, you’ll sleep in twin or double shared accommodations with private bathrooms. Traveling with a friend? Just plug in their name while booking under "Special Requests" or shoot us an email at hi@trovatrip.com and we’ll ensure you’re roomed together. Uncomfortable with sharing a room? No problem! Most of our trips offer a single supplement option that you can choose when booking.
Excellent question! We’ll provide a full itinerary including hotel and transportation details at least 2 weeks prior to your trip including all necessary travel information. Accommodations often change depending on the group size, so we like to get the exact itinerary out to you when finalized to avoid confusion.
If you’re leaving the country, you’ll need a valid passport that doesn't expire for at least 6 months from your return date. You may also need a Visa. Unfortunately, we cannot provide Visas or guidance on Visas, so please check with your local consulate. We'll send you a packing list leading up to your trip to help you prep what's needed! Trips are hosted by topic experts and led by local guides. Most trips also include a Trip Manager to help coordinate. You’ll be introduced to all staff prior to your trip. Feel free to reach out with any questions regarding your upcoming trip or link up on social media!

Downtime will vary trip to trip according to the itinerary. We do our best not to jam-pack itineraries so that you have some time to explore or relax on your own!
