Nusa Penida: Located off the southeast coast of Bali, Nusa Penida is just a boat ride away and is the ultimate scenic adventure island! Scattered with breathtaking cliffside views and adrenaline-pumping descents to incredible beaches.
Ubud: A small town nestled in the middle of 13 surrounding farming villages, Ubud is well known for its rice paddies and sacred monkey forest.
Welcome to Bali! TrovaTrip will greet you at the airport and arrange transportation to the hotel. For those who arrive early, join Kylan for an unwind & reset yoga workshop at 5pm. The group will meet for a welcome dinner after, which starts at 8pm.
Arrival: Fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). We'll have a welcome dinner at 8pm!
Airport Transfer: The included airport transfer will make 3 pickups from DPS airport. Arrive by 2pm to join the Unwind & Reset Workshop or by 5pm to enjoy a welcome dinner with the group at 8pm!

Unwind & Reset Workshop (60 min): This class will be a gentle stretch class to unwind after a long day of traveling.
Start your morning right by partaking in revitalizing yoga led by Kylan. After, enjoy breakfast at the hotel before we depart on our journey to Nusa Penida. Once we get settled into our new home, the afternoon is free for exploring, relaxing, shavasana… it’s up to you!

Revitalize Vinyasa Flow (60 min) Workshop: It’s time to flow! This class will light the fire and kick off our retreat with a bang. It will be a fun quick paced class filled with a little bit of everything. We will sweat, twist, balance, stretch, and more.
Kick off the day with energizing yoga led by Kylan. After, we’ll explore this incredible island! On our road trip, we’ll stop for a swim at Atuh Beach before leaving for the Rumah Pohon Treehouse. Remember to bring your camera, the Thousand Island Viewpoint has epic views.
Enjoy dinner with the crew and watch the sunset.

Open Your Heart Workshop (60 min): This class will be filled with chest openers and backbends leaving you feeling refreshed and energized. We will start off with a bendy flow and end with deeper poses.
Get loose, we’re working on flexibility today! Kylan will lead a yoga workshop in the morning before our road trip continues with a visit to the T-Rex Viewpoint at Kelingking Beach. After we snap a few photos (or many!), we’ll spend time wandering Broken Beach and taking a dip in Angel’s Billabong. The day will wrap up at Crystal Bay where we can soak up as much vitamin-sea as possible!

Flexibility Workshop (60 min): This workshop is designed to teach you how to safely dive deeper into your stretches. We will focus on hips, hamstrings, quads, and all of that goodness.
Grab breakfast before leaving the island by boat, and traveling to Ubud for the remainder of our trip. Settle into your new room and meet the crew for yoga. Kylan will help you find balance and strength.
After, embark on an optional culinary adventure unlocking the secrets of authentic Balinese cooking while utilizing traditional ingredients and preparation methods in a fully immersive vegan cooking lesson.

Inversion & Arm Balance Workshop (120 min): Time to get upside down. We will work on transitions and poses that will challenge your balance and strength. All levels!
See the best of Ubud! Including, but not limited to, coffee farms, rice terraces, the Sacred Monkey forest and more. The group will enjoy one last yoga workshop led by Kylan before meeting for a farewell dinner to cheers the incredible shared journey.

Sunday Funday Workshop (120 min): This class will be split into 2 sections. We will start off with a flow and test our intuition with blindfolded yoga. The 2nd part of class will be dedicated to acro yoga!
