Meet the McClanahan's! Patrick and Keri have been married for 10 years now and have 3 amazing little ones- Teagan, Bodhi, and Indy! On top of being a full-time mom, Keri is a Pilates and Yoga Instructor in California, where she opened up her own studio in her house! Keri has a passion for movement and loves sharing her knowledge about all things health and wellness with her family, friends, and her @keripilatesroom audience. Keri and Patrick can't wait to share this special experience and meet YOU in Bali!


Day 1

Welcome to Bali! Your guide will be waiting at the International arrival terminal outside baggage claim. Meet and greet before leaving for your hotel in Ubud.

In the evening you'll walk to a nearby restaurant to enjoy your first meal together. You'll toast to all of the fun to come!

Overnight in Ubud

Arrival: Fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). TrovaTrip will provide 3 transfers between 8am and 5pm.

Included: Airport Transfer, Welcome Dinner

Day 2

Time to hit the ground running on your first full day in Bali! Wake up early for Keri's first stretch and strengthen yoga and pilates workshop. After, you'll explore some of the main sights in Ubud, which include Ubud Palace, the Ubud Market, Saraswati (Ubud Water Palace), and more!

After some free time for lunch, meet back up with the group for a visit to the Ubud Sacred Monkey Forest. Snap some pics with your new furry friends, but hold onto your cameras!

After, sign up for an optional activity and experience the countryside of Ubud by taking a bike tour through rice terraces and ancient Balinese temples.

Keri will lead you in another evening flow before heading out for dinner.

Optional: Ubud Cycling Tour

Stretch and Strengthen Session: Release and tone those muscles after the long flight with this 90 min pilates workshop before a full day of seeing the sights!

Evening Flow : This restorative yoga sequence will take the stress off your joints and induce a deep relaxation response for your nervous system.

Day 3

Today you will get another good workout session in with Keri's morning heart openers workshop. Next its time to dive into some delicious local Balinese food. You'll have the chance to pick some fresh ingredients before being guided by a local chef on how to make Balinese delicacies! The best part? You get to eat the final product for lunch.

After, you'll go chasing waterfalls; Tegenungan Waterfall to be exact! This visit will get you up close and person with this giant.

Head back to the hotel for your second workout session of the day.

Heart Openers Workshop: This heart-opening workshop utilizes poses that release compression in the lower spine and carry through the opening of the rib cage and heart area. The combination of spinal release poses, abdominal activators, and backbends opens you to the experience of being anchored in your heart.

Yoga Flow : This 90 min invigorating yoga session will get your heart rate pumping while you flow through strong sequences of Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and building strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility.

Day 4

Its time to say goodbye to Ubud and hello to beach! After your morning core workout, you'll head to Sanur to explore this dreamy beach town and lounge by the ocean.

Head to Seminyak to catch the sunset while sipping a local brew! Unwind from a long day in the sun with Keri's full body pilates session.

Overnight in Sanur

Included: Breakfast, Seminyak Sunset Happy Hour

Abs and Obliques Workshop: This workshop will target and strengthen the abdominal and core area through a variety of exercises that tighten your muscles while protecting your spine.

Full Body Sculpt Pilates: This strength-building, muscle toning, stretching and workout class will primarily rely on body weight as resistance. Focus on the major muscle groups with this routine that works your whole body while effectively sculpting your muscles and overall shape.

Day 5

Wake up for an inversion workshop at a local yoga studio, Power of Now Oasis, then enjoy your day of leisure lounging on the beach or exploring the local area!

Sign up for an optional Balinese massage to release the tension in your muscles.

After your final flow, dine together one last time at the farewell dinner. Cheers to an amazing week and all the friends you've made!

Inversions Workshop: Learn to balance and fly high during this fun and invigorating workshop where you will warm up the body in a systematic way to prepare for poses such as headstand, forearm stand, and handstand. This will be a strong and lighthearted workshop to help you gain the confidence and proper alignment to see the world from a new perspective.

Feel Good Flow: De-stress and detoxify the body with this well-rounded class that infuses Sun Salutations and vinyasa to help you get a good night's sleep.

Day 6
