Welcome to Bali! You made it, and we’re so excited to have you join us on the trip of a lifetime! TrovaTrip will greet you at the airport and arrange transportation to Sanur.
Shake off the jet lag and stretch your body in a travel de-stressing and deep stretch yin yoga class before you and the rest of the crew gather for a welcome dinner and toast to the next week of yoga and adventure.
Overnight in Sanur
Arrival: Fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). TrovaTrip will provide 3 transfers between 8am and 5pm.

Wake up and smell the Bali flowers! You're on vacation! Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before finding balance on a stand up paddle board for some light yoga and fun in the sun. Work out those core muscles plus get a in a great cardio session! Afterwards, give back to the Balinese community by partaking in a beach clean up.
Worked up an appetite? Sign up for an optional Kuta Street eat tour for some Balinese culinary exploration. Enjoy local specialties such as pork satay, as you wander through the alleyways and watch the sunset while sipping a cold beer or refreshing coconut.
Wind down from the evening with an optional restful Yoga Nidra Meditation practice.

Yoga Nidra and Meditation Session: Relax and let go in a profound, yet simple, Yoga Nidra practice that leads to a state of being in which the mind turns inwards to release impressions from the past and anxieties about the future.
You're off to Ubud! You will begin your day by heading to a local market where you will handpick fresh ingredients for your traditional Balinese cooking class. Then, head back to the kitchen where you will learn Balinese cooking methods before trying your hand at crafting authentic local flavors from scratch.
End your day with a 60 minute yoga flow at the a serene yoga studio in the heart of Bali, The Yoga Barn.
Overnight in Ubud
Included: Breakfast, Balinese Cooking Class, The Yoga Barn Group Flow
The Yoga Barn Group Flow: Practice together in the lush and inspiring environnment this studio provides to nourish the body, mind and soul. The Yoga Barn is in the heart of Ubud and offers a wide variety of classes suitable for all levels of yoga.
Today, you will begin with a morning yoga session followed by breakfast at your hotel. Next, you'll explore the many breathtaking rice fields, sip cat poop coffee (luwak), admire the temples, and visit the Sacred Monkey Forrest.

Included: Breakfast, Ubud City Tour, Heart Opening and Sun Salutation Flow
Heart Opening and Sun Salutation Flow: This workshop is designed to open the upper back, the chest, and the heart area. You will create space across the front of the body and the space between the shoulder blades to counteract the time we spend hunched over computers and smartphones rounding our backs. Breathe through this Vinyasa flow focusing on the muscle groups that will allow the back to bend more easily.
Wake up early and summit Mount Batur just in time for the sun to rise. The journey is 2 hours each way, and totally doable for any level. At the top, you’ll enjoy a light breakfast while you watch the sunrise over Bali. The views at the top will make it all worth it!
Next up, you will head to the Toya Bungkah Hot Springs where you can soak your legs in the rejuvenating and healing water or sign up for an optional massage.
If the hot springs and massages weren't enough, join in on a deep stretch yin yoga class back at the hotel before winding down for the evening.

Optional: Balinese Massage
Deep Stretch and Restorative Flow: Unwind after a long day of hiking with this relaxing flow filled with deeper stretches. Hold postures longer to truly feel the benefits of each stretch in this restorative practice that focuses on letting go of your thoughts and centering your attention around your breath.
Saddle up, you are moving on to Canggu! Today you will travel out of the city to the serene beach town with crystal clear waters. You will make a pit stop to take a tour of the Tanah Lot temple (one of the most photographed temples in Bali) along the way.
After settling into your hotel, meander down to Batu Bolong beach (a 7 minute walk) to participate in a sunset beach flow.

Included: Breakfast, Tanah Lot Visit, Sunset Beach Yoga
Sunset Beach Yoga: Take in the beauty of the Indian ocean during this 60 minute beach flow that will combine balance, core, and standing postures to create heat throughout the body and muscles.
Restore and relax at one of the world's finest beaches today! Enjoy one last morning yoga session, then have the rest of the day to soak up some vitamin sea or sign up for an optional surf lesson.
After basking in the sunshine, gather together for one final meal to toast to the new friendships and lifelong memories made over the past 7 days.

Optional: Surf Lesson
Morning Hip Opening Yoga Flow: Hip openers are great for releasing tension in the mind and body. Tight hip muscles can lead to misalignment of the hips and over arching of the lower back. This flow will relieve muscular tension as well as release stored stress and calm the mind before another long day of travels!
