Kuta: A beach resort area best known for its swells and nightlife, Kuta has plenty to eat, drink and see during your stay.
Nusa Penida: The ultimate scenic adventure island. Located off the southeast coast of Bali, Nusa Penida is just a boat ride away! Scattered with breathtaking cliffside views, as well as adrenaline-pumping descents to incredible beaches.
Canggu: This laid back coastal village has become sought-after for its inviting surf breaks, it's a great experience whether you want to catch a wave or simply relax on the beach.
Welcome to Bali! You made it, and we’re so excited to have you join us on the trip of a lifetime! TrovaTrip will greet you at the airport and arrange transportation to the hotel. Shake off the jet lag and stretch your legs in a travel destressing slow flow yoga class led by Chelsea at 5pm. The group will meet for a welcome dinner that starts at 8pm.
Arrival: Fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). We'll have a welcome dinner at 8pm!
Airport Transfer: The included airport transfer will make 3 pickups from DPS airport. Arrive by 2pm to join the slow yoga flow or by 5pm to enjoy a welcome dinner with the group at 8pm!

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before traveling by boat to Nusa Penida. We’ll check in to our new home for the next couple of days. Later, Chelsea will lead you through an energizing flow near the hotel.

Eat breakfast and start your morning right with yoga led by Chelsea. Ready to explore this incredible island? On our road trip, we’ll stop for a swim at Atuh Beach before leaving for the Rumah Pohon Treehouse. Remember to bring your camera, the Thousand Island Viewpoint has epic views.
Wrap the day with a group meal and sunset.

Start your day with the incredible Rising Up Stronger workshop led by Chelsea.
Following, our road trip continues with a visit to the T-Rex Viewpoint at Kelingking Beach. After we snap a few photos (or many!), we’ll spend time wandering Broken Beach and taking a dip in Angel’s Billabong. The day will wrap up at Crystal Bay where we can soak up as much vitamin-sea as possible on our last full day together in Bali!

Rising Up Stronger Workshop (120 mins): A strength-based workshop creating stability and awareness preparing students to work into beginner inversions and arm balances. Based off of Chelsea’s e-book, Rising Up Stronger.
Rise and shine, sunshine! We’re off to Canggu! Need some quality down time? Book a spa service. Later, the group will meet for sunset yoga with Chelsea. Let the relaxation and bliss continue!

Wake up and eat breakfast before opening up your heart with a morning workshop led by your gal, Chelsea. Interested in catching some waves? Book a surf lesson.
Later the group will meet for one last meal together to cheers to the memories made and the personal growth gained in your practice.

Optional: Surf Lesson
Open Heart Workshop (120 mins): A workshop centered around shoulder and heart openers with a focus on easing into backbends and surrender.
