Itinerary

Day 1

Meet your new fitness loving traveling buddies for the next six days. Get to know one another over dinner & drinks! For those who arrive early, Brittany will be leading a stretching and yoga workshop from 5-6pm to shake off the long journey.

Arrival: Fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). We'll have a welcome dinner at 8pm!

Airport Transfer: The included airport transfer will make 3 pickups from DPS airport. Arrive by 2pm to join the stretching & yoga class or by 5pm to enjoy a welcome dinner with the group at 8pm!

Included: Airport Transfer, Stretching & Yoga Workshop, Dinner

Stretching & Yoga: Relax and learn a great stretching routine and why flexibility is important in your exercise routine.


Day 2

Eat breakfast before waking your body up with a morning Hiit routine. We’ll continue the activity by wandering the serene fields of the Tegallalang Rice Terraces, fly through the air on giant swings, drink local coffee from a farm and make a pit stop at the Sacred Monkey Forest. Later, Brittany will provide tips and tricks for social media.

Included: Breakfast, Hiit Workout (45 mins), Social Media Hacks Classs, Ubud Tour

Hiit Workout: Enjoy a 45 Minute Workout! Put your body through the test with one of Brittany’s workouts.

Social Media Hacks: This lesson will teach you the ins-and-outs of instagram! Brittany will share editing tips and her details on her Instagram process from start to finish.


Day 3

Wake up early and summit Mount Batur just in time for the sun to rise. The journey is 2 hours up + 2 hours down, and totally doable for any level. Remember to pack a light sweater, it’s brisk in the morning! And don’t forget your camera because the views from the top are incredible. Later, Brittany will share her photography magic with the group.

Day 4

We’re off to Canggu but first, we'll make a pit stop at the Tanah Lot Temple. Find your zen on the beach with sunset meditation led by Brittany. Ommmmm. We'll follow meditation with a happy hour with the crew.

Included: Breakfast, Transfer to Canggu, Meditation + Affirmation Workshop (45 mins), Happy Hour

Day 5

Time to sweat again! Wake up and join Brittany and the rest of the group for another burner Hiit class. Is your body feeling the aftermath of travel and exercise? Book a much deserved spa treatment and unwind.

Later, the group will enjoy one last meal together before saying our farewells.

Day 6

Airport Transfer: TrovaTrip will arrange 2 airport transfers in the morning on the last day back to the airport.
